Our volunteering opportunities are totally flexible and can be designed to easily fit around the time you have available.
You don’t need to have any experience of Scouting to get involved. Neither do you need to have any special skills… and you definitely don’t have to be a Bear Grylls!
You decide how much time you would like to give, and what you’d like to do.
We’ll give you plenty of support, a great team to work with, easy access to training to loads of resources online, and the guarantee of lots of adventure.
Share your experience and skills with young people, while developing yourself. It’s #GoodForYou. There’s a reason why some of us have been doing this for decades. It’s so rewarding, it can be difficult to stop!
There’s a waiting list of over 4,000 young people across Hertfordshire hoping to join Scouting. Your support will bring us one step closer to enabling more young people enjoy what Scouting has to offer.
